LISA KROESE, CAGA

Lisa Kroese earned a Bachelor Degree in General Fine Art from The Maryland Institute. Early in her career, Lisa was a painting department associate at Sloan's Auctioneers and Appraisers in Miami, Florida. Lisa became a CAGA Certified Appraiser in 2012.

With decades of experience and having worked for some of America's top art collectors, Lisa is recognized as a leading fine art appraiser and estate liquidation expert. In 2010, Lisa relocated from the East Coast to California with her husband, Steve Kroese. While Steve worked in Mojave on Richard Branson’s Virgin Galactic Spaceship, Lisa built a successful estate liquidation business, Expert Estates LLC.

In 2018, the Kroese family relocated to Pasadena when Steve joined JPL’s Mars Rover team. Today Lisa uses her appraisal and marketing expertise as a Realtor (DRE 02095749) and Project Manager at John Mark Real Estate. Lisa has three daughters attending PUSD schools. During time off, she is a Girl Scout Troop Leader and Chairs the Board for the National Estate Sales Association. Lisa coordinated charity auctions at the home of Roy and Lea Black in Coral Gables, FL and wrote award winning grants funded by the New York State Music fund and arts councils in NY.

Her poetry and writing has appeared in literary journals and in the Sun Magazine. She is a best selling author of estate liquidation books.
